Wellness Recovery Action Plan is coming to Northwest Suburban area!

WRAP is an 8 week class to develop plans for daily living focusing on learning to maintain wellness and recovery. Learn tools, skills, techniques and strategies to put a WRAP plan together that works for you.

WRAP is an 8-week recovery education course that teaches a person living with a mental illness how to develop a self-directed plan to use as a personal guide to daily living.  WRAP was created by people in recovery and focuses on self-help, recovery, and long-term stability. People 18+ years and older with all types of psychiatric diagnoses and addictive disorders are welcome.

 

The class is free, but registration is required. Next WRAP Class proposed for Fall 2019; Wednesdays 9/11/19 - 10/30/19
